The flow in the «My Beeline» application:

A significant effort was also devoted to creating the flow for subscribing to Superpowers within the My Beeline application. We worked on it for over a year, going through various iterations. During business trips, we studied which version users would prefer, finalized it based on their feedback, and only then released it into production.

And also:

A significant challenge was to encourage users to activate the Yandex Plus subscription and start using the services after subscribing to the tariff plan. However, we implemented more than 3 action points where the user could do this.

Key Metrics for the Superpowers Project:
  1. MAU (Monthly Active Users): Over the last quarter, the project reached +30,500 MAU, reflecting steady growth in the user base and audience engagement.
  2. DAU (Daily Active Users): On average, the project sees +1,800 DAU, indicating consistent user interest and high regular activity.
  3. ARPU (Average Revenue Per User): Over the last 3 months, ARPU amounted to $2.50, driven by the implementation of new monetization strategies and enhanced user experience.
  4. Increase in CTR after A/B Testing: After conducting a series of A/B tests, we achieved a 22% increase in CTR by optimizing call-to-action buttons and improving visual emphasis on key elements.
